I am a lucky man. Truly. Not because I managed to achieve financial or professional success – although that happened too. I am happy because I could turn my dreams into reality, which today serves thousands of people in Europe, and one day – I hope – around the world.

My dream was simple: to create a world where people live easier, safer, and have access to technologies that can help them – without incurring costs that are often a barrier. I believe that modern technologies can serve society and entrepreneurs, especially those running small and medium-sized businesses, which are the heart of every economy.

For over 35 years of my professional career, I have built, tested, and implemented systems that had one common goal: to make people's lives simpler. From the first insurance systems in Poland, through the then-revolutionary Cashback system, to the proprietary whisper marketing model based on fractals – each project was another step towards realizing this vision.

Key Achievements

1989-1996

Best salesperson at Konzeption II - the first multi-insurance agency in Poland. Co-founder of the Polish Chamber of Insurance and the Polish Chamber of Insurance and Financial Intermediaries, board member.

1991-1994

The only agricultural insurance trainer (outside PZU), conducting training for newly established Insurance Companies.

1996-2003

President of Agencja Konzeption II Sp. z o.o. - own company running a multi-agency of insurance brokerage.

1999

Best result in the country - as a direct seller of OFE Skarbiec, I prepared 4,832 applications during the 12 months of the pension reform.

2002

Pioneer of the Cashback system in Poland - development and implementation of an original system for subsidizing everyday purchases as the first in the Polish legal and tax realities.

2003-2004

The first real-time online insurance system - a proprietary motor insurance sales system connecting the services of MTU S.A. and Inteligo Bank, enabling 24/7 policy printing from an online system.

2013-2017

President of the Management Board of Spektr Sp. z o.o. - implementation of own idea for a Partner Program, creating a system of mutual promotion and advertising for entrepreneurs. Huge success of the \"Partnersclub\" consumer network.

2015-2021

MLM systems expert - implementation of over a dozen expert contracts for strategic management analysis in operational MLM systems in terms of efficiency.

2024

Establishment of the Werbekoordinator Foundation - the culmination of many years of work and the realization of dreams of creating an organization that combines technology, honesty, and real support for people and entrepreneurs.
