- Role of Ad Coordinator: The certificate entitles you to regular income from your network across the EU.
- Self-Developing Fractal: The network grows automatically once initialized.
⚖️ Reverse Priority Right of Compensation
- Bottom-Up Priority: Commission from turnover belongs first to the lowest qualified person in the branch.
- Balancing Principle: Once turnover is settled below, it is balanced to zero for higher levels. Double payouts from the same turnover are prevented.
- Independent Branches: Higher levels earn through parallel branches and differential calculations.
All amounts in the European version are fixed in EUR (0% VAT Reverse Charge for EU cross-border).
DETAILED COMPENSATION AND BONUS PLAN (EUR)
Paid provision of Advertising Packages upon order.
The Foundation settles payments directly based on VAT invoices.
1. Basic Commissions
Regional Manager:
- Package provision – personal turnover: 50%
- Network turnover: differential % balance
Ad Coordinator:
2. Regional Manager – Manager Bonuses (Thresholds EUR)
Bonus value based on net monthly sales in EUR:
- 100 001 EUR – 1% + office allowance 600 EUR Netto
- 250 001 EUR – 2% + office allowance 600 EUR Netto
- 500 001 EUR – 3% + office allowance 1 200 EUR Netto
- 750 001 EUR – 4% + office allowance 1 800 EUR Netto
- 1 000 001 EUR – 5% + office allowance 2 500 EUR Netto
Reaching the highest turnover level – 1 000 001 EUR, grants the referrer System Rentier status with an extra bonus of 0,5% calculated from monthly turnover.
Bonus for Regional Managers turnover:
- 1 to 5 MR Qualified - 8% of their turnover
- 6 to 10 MR Qualified - 6% of their turnover
- 11 to 15 MR Qualified - 4% of their turnover
- 16 to 20 MR Qualified - 3% of their turnover
- Above 20 MR Qualified - 2% of their turnover
3. Koordynator Reklamy – Turnover Thresholds (EUR)
Bonus value based on monthly package sales in EUR:
- 6 000 EUR – 1% (calculated from gross amount)
- 7 000 EUR – 2% (calculated from gross amount)
- 8 000 EUR – 3% (calculated from gross amount)
- 9 000 EUR – 4% (calculated from gross amount)
- 10 000 EUR – 5% (calculated from gross amount)
Any Coordinator maintaining stable group turnover of 50 001 EUR monthly for 3 consecutive months is promoted to Regional Manager. Required minimum: 30 001 EUR monthly to maintain status.
4. Promotor – Cashback Returns
Cashback value for each recommended package in EUR:
- Student: 2% commission (690 EUR × 2% = 13,80 EUR Cashback)
- Mini: 3% commission (1 600 EUR × 3% = 48,00 EUR Cashback)
- Standard: 4% commission (2 500 EUR × 4% = 100,00 EUR Cashback)
- Premium: 5% commission (5 500 EUR × 5% = 275,00 EUR Cashback)
- Manager License: 10% commission (10 000 EUR × 10% = 1 000,00 EUR Cashback)
5. Mandatory Success Fee Commission Split
The Partner sets the Success Fee (2% to 99%), fully funding the system payouts.
Success Fee Pool Split (100%):
- ⅓ (33,33%) – Retained by Werbekoordinator for AI, servers, and statutory goals.
- ⅔ (66,66%) – 100% of Available Pool shared among Community:
- 40% of Pool: Promotor (Cashback)
- 35% of Pool: Koordynator Reklamy (Operational Commission)
- 25% of Pool: Menadżer Regionalny / Rentier (Managerial / Honorary Commission)
