PREAMBLE – SUBJECT OF COOPERATION

The Foundation and Coordinator enter into a cooperation agreement to:

1. BUILD A NETWORK OF PARTNERS in the Werbekoordinator program across Europe
2. REDIRECT ADVERTISING EXPENSES of businesses to more effective solutions
3. GENERATE PASSIVE INCOME for the Coordinator from the success fee system
4. PROVIDE PROFESSIONAL MARKETING CARE for acquired Partners
5. OFFER INNOVATIVE PROMOTIONAL SERVICES to increase Partner revenue

EARNINGS GUARANTEE:

The Coordinator receives success fee commissions from the turnover of ALL Partners in the European network.

LEGAL NATURE AND EU STANDARDS:

This agreement is an innominate cooperation contract under EU freedom of services. It imposes no sales quotas or mandatory fees.

§ 1 OBLIGATIONS AND BENEFITS

1. ROLE OF THE COORDINATOR:

The Coordinator promotes an innovative system redirecting advertising budgets.

2. COORDINATOR OBLIGATIONS (with guaranteed benefits):

a) FREE TRAINING AND CERTIFICATION:

• Completion of the Ad Coordinator course (cost covered by Foundation)
• Passing the exam with a minimum score of 75%
• Receiving the official certificate

b) PROFESSIONAL PARTNER CARE:

• Free implementation of IT tools for Partners
• Assistance in organizing promotional campaigns
• Providing marketing support strictly per Code of Ethics

c) OFFERING SERVICE PACKAGES:

⚠️ IMPORTANT – ETHICAL PROCEDURE: Service packages may only be offered after:

• Full implementation of the free Welcome Package
• Demonstrating QR code identification tracking
• Building trust per the Code of Ethics
• Receiving an explicit request from the Partner

REVOLUTIONARY SAVINGS FOR BUSINESSES:
By purchasing a Service Package, the Coordinator performs duties of a dedicated marketing employee.

ELIMINATED BUSINESS COSTS:

• Workplace – no equipment or office setup needed
• Specialized software – provided by the system
• Employee hiring – no employment contracts, taxes, or insurance
• HR risk – no risk of hiring unprepared staff
• Promotional materials – extensive assets included in Package

COST IS ONLY 1/4 of traditional hiring costs.

3. WORK FLEXIBILITY – COORDINATOR CHOICE:

OPTION A – ACTIVE COORDINATOR:
Full Partner care = all package commissions + Success Fee + bonuses + career advancement to Regional Manager.

OPTION B – PASSIVE COORDINATOR (0 RISK, 0 OBLIGATIONS):
No activity requirements. Guaranteed steady passive income from Success Fee across the built network.
NOTE: When passive, onboarding decisions for new candidate Coordinators are handled by the first active Coordinator above.
PACKAGE RULE: Package commissions shift to the supervising active Coordinator; passive Coordinator Success Fee remains 100% intact.

§ 2 COMPENSATION AND CAREER PLAN

The Coordinator is paid strictly via success fee on real partner turnover.

1. PACKAGE COMMISSIONS (30% net value):
30% net value of every Service Package purchased by Partners.

2. SUCCESS FEE FROM PARTNER TURNOVER:
Innovative Success Fee system. Passive participation in turnover across the entire network.

3. WERBLIK SYSTEM – INTERNAL CURRENCY:
1 werblik = 0.01 EUR. Fast settlements within 72 hours via bank transfer or payment gateways.

4. MONTHLY BONUSES:
Additional financial rewards when maintaining 3 active packages in structure.

5. CAREER ADVANCEMENT AND RENTIER STATUS:

• LEVEL 1 – AD COORDINATOR (KR):
  Start after training certification. Package commissions + network success fee.
• LEVEL 2 – REGIONAL MANAGER (MR):
  Promotion without buying a license. Higher success fee share.
• LEVEL 3 – RENTIER STATUS (IRREVERSIBLE):
  Permanent passive income. Guaranteed 0.5% share from Foundation revenues in network.

6. MOTIVATIONAL MECHANISM:

• a) STATUS DEFINITIONS: Passive Coordinator earns Success Fee; Active Coordinator earns Success Fee + Package Commissions.
• b) COMMISSION OVERRIDE RULE: Package commissions in a specific leg shift to the active supervising Coordinator.
• c) MOTIVATIONAL PRINCIPLE (Pareto 20/80): System encourages passive Coordinators to reactivate through visible package commission loss.

7. FINANCIAL GUARANTEES:
Payouts within a maximum of 3 days after document submission.

§ 3 DURATION AND TERMINATION

1. EFFECTIVE DATE:
Agreement enters into force upon electronic acceptance and continues indefinitely.

2. FLEXIBLE TERMINATION:
Notice periods range from 1 to 3 months depending on contract tenure.

3. IMMEDIATE TERMINATION:
Enforced only in severe cases of damage or Code of Ethics breach.

§ 4 SUCCESS FEE GUARANTEES

1. MINIMUM EARNINGS GUARANTEE:
Guaranteed success fee payouts per Compensation Plan.

2. NETWORK PROTECTION:
Commission rights protected for 6 months post-termination.

3. LEGAL PROTECTION:
Regular payouts and Foundation civil liability insurance.

§ 5 FREE TRAINING AND SUPPORT

1. FOUNDATION OBLIGATIONS:
Free certification training and 24/7 technical support.

2. DEVELOPMENT RIGHTS:
Access to new system features and advanced manager courses.

§ 6 DATA PROTECTION AND EU COMPLIANCE

1. GDPR AND PRIVACY:
Full compliance with GDPR requirements across the EU.

2. TAX COMPLIANCE:
Automated reporting for tax compliance and CRS integration.

§ 7 ADDITIONAL BENEFITS

§ 8 FINAL PROVISIONS

3. DISPUTE RESOLUTION:
Court jurisdiction at Foundation seat. Online mediation encouraged.

4. ELECTRONIC CONTRACT EXECUTION:
Simple 3-step process without qualified digital signature.

5. ADDITIONAL RULES:
Full compliance with EU law. Polish text is binding.
